The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.
Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.
Classes are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. starting Monday, February 23rd via Zoom. Seth Chauncey will be teaching this class. Final Exam can be taken on April 15th or 16th anytime remotely proctored. Retake exam will be 1 week later.
