The North Carolina Broker Prelicensing course is a 75-hour class in basic real estate principles and practices. In our class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics.
Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.
Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays & Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. starting Monday, May 12th via Zoom. Tiffany Davis will be teaching this class. Final Exam on June 25th, Retake will be June 25th. No Class May 26th or June 16th.
